Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

30-Day Refund and Return Policy

At A Chef’s Toy Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Perishable goods such as food items.
  2. Gift cards.
  3. Downloadable software products.
  4. Some health and personal care items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@achefstoybox.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@achefstoybox.com.

Shipping:

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
